Customized Women's Workshop or Mini-Retreat
Enjoy a specially created workshop or day-long retreat at your home or other venue for up to 8 women!
If you do not have enough space, Janine has access to a venue (with kitchen and bathrooms) on Revere Beach in Revere, MA at no additional cost.
With Janine's extensive experience leading events and her diverse background as a yoga, dance and meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, physical therapist, and fitness trainer, she can offer you a truly unique event based on your group needs.
This special event could be a 2-3 hour workshop or half day retreat, or up to a full day retreat, i.e., 2-3 hour morning session, lunch, 2-3 hour afternoon session. Janine will assist you with the format planning and details!
Considerations which can be provided and included:
- Yoga equipment
- Eye bags for relaxation
- Shake Your Soul dance
- Mini Reiki treatments
- Exercise bands
You'll work with Janine to customize the event - it can be focused in one area or we can blend different modalities. For instance:
- All yoga (you choose from intro; gentle; strength & bone-building etc.)
- Yoga with meditation, contemplation and Reiki (energy balancing and healing)
- Fitness and training at desired level of challenge (can include therapeutic exrecises)
There are numerous options!
Date of service will be determined between Janine and winning bidder.
Janine is an NDF teacher and the owner of Tranquil Flame Yoga and Wellness. She has been leading workshops and retreats since 2004.
NOTE: This item icludes travel within one hour of Boston. Please contact Janine janine@tranquilflameyoga.com to discuss travel beyond this distance, hosting more than 8 women, or with any questions about creating your unique Women's event!

- Shipping fees, if necessary, are the responsibility of the bidder and will be billed separately from the auction items (unless otherwise noted).
- We encourage pick-up of items at Wonderwell in Springfield, NH.
- It is the winning bidder’s responsibility to either pick-up items at Wonderwell or request and pay for shipping of items, by December 31, 2019. Items not retrieved by then will become the property of Natural Dharma Fellowship.
