2024 Cadle Law Scholarship Endowment Drawdown & Silent Auction

Join us May 3 at the Powerhouse in Oxford for our Drawdown and Silent Auction in support of the Tommy D. Cadle Law Scholarship Endowment at the University of Mississippi School of Law. This promises to be a fun-filled evening of food, drinks, and live music by KC and the Moonshine Band as patrons bid on an awesome selection of Silent Auction items and watch the Drawdown Board to find out who has the last number on the board to win the $10,000 grand prize. Drawdown tickets for this event will be limited to a total of 400 tickets, so buy yours NOW!

Description: ABOUT THE CADLE LAW SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT: The Cadle Law Scholarship Endowment for Non-Traditional Law Students was established at the University of Mississippi Foundation in November 2023 by Oxford attorney Brad Morris and his wife Sharon in honor of Booneville, Mississippi attorney Tommy Dexter Cadle. The scholarship was announced on the 20th anniversary of a conversation in which Mr. Cadle encouraged Mr. Morris to return to law school at the age of 30. Mr. Cadle’s advice was based on his own experience as a non-traditional student after he received similar encouragement decades earlier from a local businessman and Ole Miss alumnus. The scholarship honors that legacy of encouraging others and paying opportunity forward to future generations.
