P.E.O. is a Philanthropic Educational Organization where women celebrate the advancement of women through education scholarships, grants, loans and the stewardship of Cottey College. Chapter ON - Vallejo, CA, founded in January, 1954, has 48 active members today. All proceeds for this auction support the deserving young women who are recipients of our scholarships.
