Our multidisciplinary team of experts - most of them runners, too - conducts in-depth evaluations to assess your form, biomechanics, shoe fit and nutrition.

Our comprehensive evaluation includes:

• A one-on-one assessment with program director Darrin Bright, MD, medical director for the Columbus Marathon and coach for Marathoner in Training (MIT)
• Video analysis to analyze running technique and gait
• Full musculoskeletal and biomechanical assessment with a physical therapist
• Personalized nutrition counseling with a sports dietitian
• Force place assessment of foot biomechanics
• Expert running shoe evaluation
