A group of committed volunteers are working with the Loveland Historical Society, Loveland Historic Preservation Commission, and Historic Larimer County to preserve and restore the historic Great Western Depots at Monroe and 10th Street in Loveland, Colorado. We have made great progress in achieving our first goal of moving the depots from private property to city property. Now that the buildings are moved, we are continuing our fundraising efforts which will go towards design plans, a new foundation, new flooring, moving the buildings onto the new foundation, along with other needed items.
