Cocktail Class for Two People with Chef Christopher Kearse and Jen Camela from Forsythia

Learn how to make cocktails with two of the best in Philly!  Enjoy this cocktail class featuring Chef Chris Kearse and General Manager Jen Camela from Forsythia in Old City, recently recognized as one of Philadelphia Magazine's Best of Philly 2020.  Winner can opt for virtual or in-person (post-pandemic) class. This unique experience for two people also comes with all the bar and cocktail tools, glassware and beverages needed to make four different seasonal cocktails including their infamous RBG&T.  

Chef Christopher Kearse, a native of Lower Bucks County, has worked in an impressive array of Michelin-starred restaurant kitchens across the country including Charlie Trotter’s (2 Michelin stars), alongside Laurant Gras at Tru (3 Michelin stars), Grant Achatz at Alinea (3 Michelin stars), and briefly with Thomas Keller and Cory Lee at The French Laundry. In Philadelphia, Chris worked at Lacroix (sous chef), Blackfish, and Pumpkin (chef de cuisine) before opening his acclaimed Will BYOB in South Philadelphia. Last year, Chris opened Forsythia, a contemporary French bistro in Old City (forsythiaphilly.com).

Kearse believes that a dining experience should be entertainment. From the ambiance and interaction with the staff to surprising new textures and flavors on a plate. This philosophy on food is rooted in the idea of familiar flavors done differently.
