Kick It Up is a fitness, dance and party studio for children, teens, and adults.  Our mission is to provide classes and events that allow families to participate together, getting them to become active and healthy in a noncompetitive, friendly and fun environment.

Located at Norwalk Rd. and Wardlow Blvd. in the Dollar Tree Shopping Center, Kick It Up is conveniently located for all families living in the Lakewood, Long Beach, Cypress, Los Alamitos, Rossmoor and Seal Beach communities.  With 4 studios, reception area, and music room, Kick It Up has something for everyone in the family.
