Bags and Bubbles has been a few years in the making. This event is in loving memory of Kathy Starr Nellius (KStarr as her oldest friends' nicknamed her) who battled metastatic cancer with strength and dignity. Kathy passed away in 2019 but she will never be forgotten.

Kathy was a devout family woman, a fierce and committed volunteer and a dedicated friend to so many. She coached kids sports teams, she traveled with friends, she loved life. Kathy wanted to make the world a better place by helping the needy in her hometown. Through FoodLINK she helped so many people in the Annapolis area get immediate emergency food supplies.
