Bringing Spirit Home workshop

Curious to experience a Shamanic Journey? Join sangha member and long time teacher of shamanism, Ed Yeats, for a day-long workshop exploring the worlds and ways of Compassionate Spirits and learn how to share their wisdom and power for personal healing and spiritual knowledge. Learn about shamanism, a 50,000 year old original spiritual practice, a living tradition on every continent except Antarctica. Through ceremony, guided exercises, drumming, story and song, you will be introduced to the shamanic journey, and have opportunities to encounter your own spirit allies. From this encounter you will receive the blessing of literally Bringing Spirit Home, while supporting the effort to sustain Wonderwell!

Workshop: September 24, 2016, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, at Ed's home in Newton Corner, MA. Limited to 12 (min. 2 participants)

Ed Yeats, Ph.D. has been practicing and teaching shamanism and shamanic healing in the Boston area for over 15 years. A founding member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners, he has studied Core Shamanism with Michael Harner, Sandra Ingerman and several local teachers. He has also studied Bon Tibetan (Tamang) shamanism with Larry Peters, Ph.D. As is true for all shamanic practitioners, his most important training has been directly with the Spirits themselves. (While Ed is a practicing Psychologist and psychotherapist, this would not be psychotherapy or a psychological service.)
