Integrative Reiki Healing (Boston Area)
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means Universal Life Energy, which creates and supports all forms of life. It is inside us and around us. Reiki is an ancient and simple hands-on method to help heal the body, mind, heart and spirit.
Janine’s style is to combine traditional table work, meditation, dialogue and journaling to facilitate integration at all levels. Each session is unique and depends on the individual needs in the moment.
The client is fully clothed during the session. The Reiki practitioner lightly applies his/her hands to different parts of the body and acts as a channel for the Reiki energy.
