Desert Song Yoga & Healing Arts provides an authentic experience, quality yoga taught with integrity by dedicated instructors; tailored, therapeutic massages offered by our professional massage team; weekly Prenatal, Mommy & Me and Kids' Yoga classes; advanced studies for teachers; and more!

Intro to Yoga is designed for students new to yoga as well as those who would like to review the principles of yoga. The series focuses on primary yoga postures, principles of alignment, breathing techniques, and yoga philosophy.

Our one-hour therapeutic massage can entail a full or partial body treatment based on the time requested and/or the client’s needs. The work is more focused and begins to address the deeper muscle groups and chronic pain affecting specific body areas (neck, shoulders, low back, etc.). Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, spasms, and stress while promoting the health and well-being of the client.
