Kidding Around Yoga with Kathryn Clark-Silveira

Kidding Around Yoga with Kathryn, was designed specifically with children 0 - 13 in mind. Classes offer a complete age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses. Internationally known, Kidding Around Yoga is registered through Yoga Alliance, a regulatory agency for Yoga.

But, this is NOT your typical Yoga class. The Kidding Around Yoga class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping limbo-ing and storytelling….ALL while practicing Yoga to original Kidding Around Yoga music.

A certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor, Kathryn has found success in building children’s resiliency and giving them proven tools to increase self-regulation, increase bonding and deal with stress.

Perfect for birthday parties, elementary school classes, family gatherings with lots of children. Kathryn travels all over the Bay Area to schools, childcare centers and mom’s groups. She has all of the equipment needed and the energy to engage even the youngest of Yogis.
