This dive flag pendant has an attractive, durable chip inlay of simulated red coral and mother of pearl, set into Rhodium-plated bronze or brass.
Rhodium is a rare, silver to white metal that belongs to the Platinum group of metals. It is about 10 times more costly than gold, but because it is a "noble metal" and inert, it will not tarnish and makes jewelry more durable. Use of simulated inlay in Dive Flag Jewelry protects our reefs!
The braided, black leather cord necklace (3mm thickness) is or 20" and has a silver-plated zinc clasp and 1-1/2 inch extender.

This item will be available for pick-up by the winning bidder at the end of the fundraiser event on Sept. 21st (by 8:15 PM) or at the Ocean First Institute Boulder office (3015 Bluff St., Boulder, CO) by Oct. 5th. We can also ship to the winner of this item, with the winner covering the cost of shipping so that we can put our funds right back to ocean conservation work!
