Some of Hart’s statistics are as follows: on a busy day we serve over one ton of turkey, 40 gallons of gravy, 1,000 pounds of fresh potatoes, 4,000 dinner rolls and over 100 pies.Our tender roasted turkeys are expertly prepared so you may enjoy our famous turkey dinners. Hart’s point of view has always been, “If you want it done right, do it yourself.” So practically everything is made rights here on the premises, including relishes, salad dressings, fresh whipped potatoes, gravies, soups (made from simmered rich stocks) and chowders, delicious pies, dinner rolls, puddings, and other tasty delights such as Hart’s premium ice cream. We also age our prime rib, hand cut our steaks, fresh grind our burger, and have the freshest seafood available. All our meals are prepared with the same painstaking care with which the best cooks prepare food for their own families and guests.
