Proform ZT4 Treadmill

This gently used Proform ZT4 treadmill was used in the CCS weight room. It’s a folding treadmill that is both convenient and easy to use.

A 2.75 HP Mach Z motor powers this treadmill, that also allows for weights up to 300 pounds. The folding frame design uses the patented SpaceSaver design, and the deck is equipped with ProForm’s ProShox Cushioning System for joint support and comfort.

This is a compact model, weighing just 155 pounds, also has a fairly compact running area at 50 inches long and 18 inches wide (the average width is somewhere are 20″). Users can run or walk at speeds from 0 to 10 mph, and the incline range goes to 10% as well. To make changes to the speed or incline, you can use the up and down arrow keys or the Quick Incline and Quick Speed keys on the console.

Also on the console is a 5″ LCD black and white display screen that will give you the basics like time, distance, and calories burned. This model offers 16 built-in workout programs. There are also audio features like a smartphone compatible audio port and two 2″ speakers. To monitor hear rate, there are dual-grip EKG heart rate sensors. Other basics include a CoolAire cooling fan and two oversized cup holders.
