Solstice Yoga Classes

Clare Venet is a senior yoga teacher who has spent the past 30 years guiding students of all levels in the Iyengar style.  Thirteen classes are available to choose from each week.  Clare is a fabulous teacher who pays close attention to each student in the class and is able to customize each pose to the student's abilities.
