If you have a dog, the following services are included: Physical Exam, DAPP, Lepto and Rabies Vaccines, Intestinal Parasite Screen, Heartworm/Tick Panel, 12 month supply of Heartgard Plus, and a 12 month supply of Frontline Plus. Cat owners receive the following services: Physical Examination, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia and Rabies Vaccines, Intestinal Parasite Screen, Felv/FIV/Heartworm Panel, 6 month supply of Frontline Plus.
