Vertical Prayer Flags
This is a large and impressive, five panel, five color, vertical prayer flag. The vertical style originates in the Amdo region of Tibet and is symbolic of the gods transforming the battle flag into a prayer for peace. Flag includes ties for a flag or bamboo pole, which can be found in most garden centers or at a home improvement stores. Pole not included. The material is polyester, roughly hemmed.
This flag will look much more wonderful outside, in your field or garden, blowing in the wind, than in these interior winter shots! (The outdoor photo is of similar flags, just to show how they are displayed on a pole.)
