Enjoy a very special sacred hike to Mohawk Trail State Forest with Bob Morrison and up to five of your friends.
Mohawk Trail State Forest is a magnificent wild forest between the Deerfield and Cold Rivers in western Massachusetts, this is the greatest concentration of old-growth trees in the Northeast. We’ll explore off-trail, through the grandeur of the Trees of Peace ancient white pine grove to the “grandmother” sugar maple and countless towering hardwoods of astonishing grace and height, with a special trip to a ceremonial cave tucked deep in the woods. Can be hiked year-round. Lovely in fall, as well as a wonderful snowshoe hike in winter.
The hike will be arranged for the best season, as well as timing that works for you. The hike can include noble silence, guided or self-directed meditations, spiritual readings and even shamanic explorations, as you wish.
