Jaclyn Long, MFT has been supporting parents, kids and families for 14 years, has been teaching Hand in Hand tools for 8 years, and has been using Hand in Hand tools in her own family since her son was born. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, she has a private practice in Los Altos, and has found that the Hand in Hand tools are the most powerful tools in creating effective and lasting change on the path of developing healthy and fulfilling family dynamics. She is also Founder & Director of Mind Body Moms, which promotes maternal health and wellness for the benefit of children, families & communities.
