Fugawi Global Navigator is the ideal PC software tool for route planning and real-time GPS navigation using a wide variety of raster charts.

PAYMENT
At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be sent an invoice by email from our auction platform, Charity Auctions Today, for payment of the item. Payment must be made:

- Upon pick-up of the item by cheque, cash, Visa, Mastercard or debit card, OR
- Via mail by cheque (made payable to Bruce Trail Conservancy and sent to Bruce Trail Conservancy, PO Box 857, Hamilton, ON, Canada, L8N 3N9).

Alternatively, items may be shipped from
Dundas, ON to the winning bidder at the winning bidder's expense. Shipping costs will be added to the winning bid if winning bidder selects shipping on his/her invoice. Items
can only be shipped within Canada. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received by the Bruce Trail Conservancy.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All
items are final sale; no alternatives, exchanges or refunds provided.
The auction items must be accepted as awarded. The Bruce Trail
Conservancy makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with
respect to safety, or performance of the auction items.

Directors, employees and their respective advertising and promotional
agencies, agents, representatives, and contractors from any and all
liability for any harm he/she may suffer as a result of participation in

The Bruce Trail Conservancy is not liable for any bids which are lost, or late for any reason whatsoever or for: faulty computer components, software or links; the loss or non-existence of communications capability; faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions; any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, facilities or computer equipment or software; any failure of (or delay in) any e-mail or other electronic transmission to be received or sent by bidder that delay entry, result in a null bid or otherwise render a bidder ineligible for this auction; or any combination of the foregoing.
