This is NOT your old school row workout. You’ll hit your high-intensity cardio intervals on our Water Rowers, and mix in low-impact strength moves on and off the rowers. Each class is open to all levels, and will give all participants a well-rounded fusion of rowing and strength like you’ve never seen anywhere else.
