Mert Wager is a local treasure and nationally recognized artist. Self-taught, he began painting at age 40. Now in his 90s, Mert is an artist with a strong following for his nature and scenic works. In this acrylic piece, "Balloon Fest," the artist celebrates Dansville's hosting of the NYS Festival of Balloons and sends our spirits soaring!
