NOTICE: All items must be picked up at the end of the event or within 5 business days after at the Foundation's Houston office. No items will be shipped. Your bid is a contract to buy and all sales are final. Payment is due at the end of the auction and before an item is picked up. There are no refunds, exchanges, or redemptions. Everything is sold "as is". Descriptions of items are subject to and qualified in their entirety by reference to the more specific terms and limitations which are set forth in the letters, certificates or other written material displayed or in the possession of the Auction Official. Some items have additional restrictions and the Auction Official may be contacted for more information pertaining to these. Please read the restrictions carefully. Unless specifically noted, items may have expiration dates on their time of usage. When an item is not on display at the event, a certificate will be awarded for the promised item.
