Springhills 3 River Sampler- Salmon, Trout & Char

Try all three fish that are raised at the Taylor family’s eco-farms using humane and sustainable practices. This small 5lb box is named after the three rivers that flow through our farms in Grey County! 

• Rainbow trout  with a mild nut-like flavour similar to salmon.
• Coho salmon that is rich and meaty.
• Arctic char that has a lighter and sweeter than its cousin, the trout.

So fresh it’s frozen. Springhills humanely harvest, fillet and freeze within a day.
