Concord Grape Wine, semi-sweet - half gallon #1

The recipe for this wine is a family heirloom of the Back Family in southeastern Indiana, that I learned from my Dad while helping him for nearly 50 years. My Dad always gave credit for the recipe to his dad, my grandpa Charles Back who resided in the small town of St. Peter’s in Franklin county.  So I have continued the legacy of making one barrel of this wine each year since 1980. And I must add, I have always shared a taste with my friends of IWF going back to the mid 90’s.
