Medium: Gouache

My love of animals, especially the dogs and horses I've owned over the years, prompts me to paint them. This abstract gouache (opaque watercolor) is inspired by an original drawing of a beloved pet who meant so much to me and represents the confluence of emotions I have experienced in relationship to my dogs over the years. I hope all who view this painting can experience the joy I've felt around my doggies, and the tender feelings I poured into this project.
