5 Yoga Classes at Crow Point Yoga

(Re-) Discover the Restorative Power of Yoga!

There are several different Yoga classes to choose among. Or try them all! You can come to the studio at 24 West Street Boothbay Harbor, or do them via Zoom!

Yoga for Everybody with Sharon or Wendy. This class will focus on breath, building strength and increasing flexibility.  Increase your ease of movement by spending time strengthening your core for stability, working on your balance and stretching. Students are invited to work at their own pace, find their edge and explore poses while staying connected to their breath. This class is perfect for all ages, with modifications offered for all levels.

All Levels Yoga Flow with Romee. All Levels Yoga Flow is a practice that is perfect for all levels, connecting breath and asana. This class gives you a complete full body workout!

Hot Vinyasa Yoga with Sarah. A powerful, energetic flow of breath and movement that will tone your body and feed your soul. This class will heat you up and challenge your strength, flexibility and mental focus. The room is heated to a steamy 90 degrees. Be ready to sweat. 

Soulful Flow with Steph. This all levels class allows students to connect with the steady rhythm of breath and movement while building flexibility and strength. 

Chair Yoga with Sharon. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  The perfect class for those just starting on their yoga journey, or not feeling confident on their feet.

Gentle, Restorative Yoga with Wendy. Slow down and let your body and mind reset. Relax into propped poses while your body gently opens and tension melts away. A deeply calming, balancing, and rejuvenating practice. Treat yourself.
