Chocolate & Coffee Lover’s Basket

A basket of treats to delight the connoisseur of coffee and chocolate. Coffee from Sweet Maria’s (green beans purchased directly from farmers and coffee cooperatives world-wide) and roasted locally: ½ pound each of Indian Monsoon Malabar and Indonesian Sumatra Mandheling SWP Decaf, to be roasted just days prior to delivery.

Indian Monsoon Malabar is a full-bodied coffee with pungent roast tones, hints of toasted grain and nuts, barley, roasted corn and more, that makes for an interesting cup for fans of earthy, low acid coffee.

Indonesian Sumatra is a rustic wet-hulled coffee with herbal honey and palm sugar sweetness, accents of pipe tobacco and a hint of stone fruit. Two keep-fresh glass coffee containers are included to seal in the coffee freshness.

The Chocolate bar collection (5 bars 300 grams/10 ounces) and Sipping Chocolate mix from Fruition Chocolate Works (Shokan, NY) will delight the chocolate lover.  Make it a party by inviting friends to sample chocolate and test their knowledge and taste buds with the Chocolate Tasting Kit – assembled by Eagranie Yuh, writer, teacher, and chocolate expert.  Finish the evening with hot chocolate served in a matching pair of Fall themed ceramic mugs and enjoy Hazelnut Wafer Rolls, from Cambridge and Thames. Sure to delight the gourmet in your circle of friends and family.
