Overnight Stay and Adventure Package at Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, Belize

This package includes  free entrance fee to the reserve, overnight accommodation in the Balum cabin, guided nature tour and river tubing for four (4) persons.

Enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience in a tranquil getaway at the Balum Cabin nestled within the serene Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, the world’s first jaguar reserve, and home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna.

The cabin is  cozy and comfortable offering a private bathroom with hot and cold shower and flush toilet, a kitchenette, a dining, and a large, enclosed verandah with seating where you can enjoy the view. The unit consists of two rooms. The first room has a double bed, and the second room has a bunk bed and a single bed. The unit has solar-powered lights for your eco-friendly stay.

Explore the trails and waterfalls of the reserve with a guided nature tour and learn about the conservation efforts of the Belize Audubon Society. Afterward, relax and have fun with river tubing along the South Stann Creek River, where you can spot birds and animals that make the sanctuary their home.
