Mission Valley Yurt Getaway & Garden Tour

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the beautiful Mission Valley! Stay at tranquil Heron's Landing, the sweet yurt at Meridian Farm and Forge. It has stunning views of the Mission Mountains and the National Bison Range. It is where the rooster crows and the crows fly. Coyotes wander, sheep graze, the footfalls of bears lace the morning and cows bellow to their cousins across the way. Raptors hunt, and herons land.

Meridian Farm and Forge is a specialty cut flower farm and developing pollinator sanctuary. Your stay includes a farm and gardens tour with the farmer and master naturalist, Danielle Lattuga, to view resident pollinators and learn about pollinator initiatives on the farm. Enjoy the flower gardens, farm animals, and wildlife. Finish with a bouquet-making tutorial and bring a bouquet home. Great birding on site and nearby, so don't forget your binocs!
