Enjoy lamb naturally raised on the sunny pastures of the Bitterroot Valley on the historic Maclay Ranch. The 4th-generation ranch where the lambs are born and raised is operated by Nels Larson, John Larson, and Helena Maclay. You will get one 50-60 lbs hanging weight Merino/Targhee hybrid animal. The lamb will travel 1 mile to Lolo Locker, where it will be state inspected, and processed to your custom specifications. Maclay Ranch lambs are all locally produced, fed, and consumed via custom orders, and for sale at the Orange Street Food Farm, as well as The James Bar in Missoula. A $650 value.
