Core Strong Fitness was founded by Aaron Gerdeman in 2015 when he took his passion for Pilates and personal training to the next level. Aaron began his fitness career in his hometown of Ottawa Ohio training everyone from high school and collegiate athletes and adults to special needs children. Looking to expand his knowledge about fitness and client basis he moved to Columbus. During his time at Lifetime Fitness, he discovered his love of Pilates and how it uses functional movements to strengthen, heal and balance the body. It was Pilates that inspired him to create the Ultimate Body Hanger and corresponding exercise programs. Being a driven athlete himself, Aaron enjoys teaching high intensity and functional boot camps to creatively push clients out of their comfort zones both physically and mentally.
