That evening, just cross the street for a festive 10:30 PM New Year’s Eve performance seated in front orchestra seats, very well positioned as 4^th row from the stage, to see one of the most celebrated hip-hop groups of all time, The Roots, with Black Thought and Questlove.   Recipients of multiple Grammy nominations and wins, they’re perhaps best generally known as the very cool house band for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

As a remembrance of this exciting evening, the winning bidder will receive a framed and matted 12” x 14” photograph of Gehry’s Walt Disney Concert Hall by famed photographer, Carol Highsmith, whose work is archived at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.  

Also included is a highly collectable, previously owned and out-of-print book, Frank Gehry: On Line (Princeton University Art Museum Series) by Esther De Costa Meyer (2008) with Gehry’s very iconic ‘Easy Edge’ cardboard as a book sleeve, same as he used in his cardboard furniture.
