Bids are on entire tree, lights, ornaments, and extra gifts (if any). However, winning bidder has the option to donate trees and/or lights back to the Center for us to use next year, and bidder retains all ornaments and extra gifts. Extension cords and tables aren't included with any item.

Silent Auction officially ends Sunday, December 11 @ 9:00 pm. Highest bidders at that moment will be automatically charged using credit card in secure account.  A paid invoice will be emailed which reflects an additional 3% for processing fees.

Pick up winning items in-person at Carrollwood Cultural Center, 4537 Lowell Rd, Tampa, FL between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm on Monday, December 12, Tuesday, December 13, or Wednesday, December 14. Bring boxes and other packaging material.

Items unclaimed after December 14 are donated back to the Center and funds paid by the highest bidder remain a donation to the Center. No refunds will be given.
