All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted.

Your credit card will not be charged by bidding in the silent auction unless you win the item. If you win the silent auction item, your charge card on record will automatically be charged and you will receive a "paid" invoice.

Additional charges may be incurred if items have to be shipped.   No shipping options are available for large items or items sold at Live Auction on 9/22/22.
