Bread Making Class by Growing Gardens

Are you interested in learning the timeless art of food preservation and bread making? Our Fall Foodie Classes will demonstrate a variety of food preservation and bread making techniques, and will leave you with how-to guides and samples!

You are bidding on a Bread Making Course given by Growing Gardens.  
Bread Making - Thursday, October 19th, 6:00-8:30pm

In this class participants will learn all the tips and tricks to baking that perfect loaf of bread. We’ll cover both yeasted and sourdough breads and talk about kneading and shaping techniques to take all the stress out of home-made bread to leave you with a beautiful and delicious loaf. We’ll also cover the no-knead form of bread making for those looking for a more hands-off approach, and cover the secrets to baking with whole and stone-ground grains.

Cost: $40 includes materials fee

This item is available for pick-up at the end of the fundraiser event on Sept. 16th at the Rayback Collective (by 6:30 PM) or at the Ocean First Institute Boulder office (3015 Bluff St., Boulder, CO) by Oct. 6th. We can also ship to the winner of this item, with the winner covering the cost of shipping so that we can put our funds right back to ocean conservation work!
