When you’re ready to book your Bahamas Paradise Cruise Getaway, please contact (800)374-4363 option 3 and provide your certificate number. While the date you want to sail will likely be available, please have an alternative date in mind just in case.

• Boarding starts as early as 12:00 p.m. Please board at your pre-determined time. Everyone must be on board no later than 4:00 p.m.
• Day 1 | Depart from the Port of Palm Beach at 5:00 p.m.
• Day 2 | Arrive in the beautiful Bahamas at 8:00 a.m.
• Day 3 | Arrive at the Port of Palm Beach at 8:00 a.m. Requested sailing dates are subject to availability
• Blackout periods apply – see Terms & Conditions
• This certificate is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gratuities must be paid at time of booking

To finalize a reservation, the following information for each passenger is required: Legal first and last name, date of birth, home address, phone number, email address, passport number with expiration date and place of issuance. An original U.S. government issued birth certificate with a valid photo ID may be used in place of a passport, for U.S. citizens only.

Passengers must board a minimum of 90 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers must have required documentation as specified by the United States Department of Homeland Security. Please inquire at the time of confirmation as to the requirements. Non-U.S. citizens should contact their appropriate consulates for proper documentation requirements. No refunds or changes will be issued to passengers denied boarding due to the failure of not providing the required documents or arriving after the required boarding time. Cruise is fulfilled by Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line.

Terms & Conditions

• Cruise certificates will each be valid for a two-night cruise for two (one stateroom) aboard Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line.
• Certificates apply to both weekday and weekend sailings. Sailing must take place between September 28, 2021, and December 16, 2022, sailing for two nights, round-trip from the Port of Palm Beach aboard the Grand Classica. Holiday sailings are excluded as follows: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Super Bowl Weekend, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Valentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day Weekend, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas.
• Certificates may not be applied to one-way sailings or to Cruise & Stay packages.
• The following dates are blacked out: December 17, 2021-January 5, 2022.
• Space is subject to availability and will be assigned in an outside category. Upgrades may not be requested either in advance of the cruise or onboard.
• Cruise is non-transferable and may not be sold.
• Cruise has no cash value.
• Taxes and fees as well as shipboard gratuities are the responsibility of the guest. Parking and items purchased onboard are also the responsibility of the guest.
• Third/fourth guests may be assigned to a stateroom, provided they pay the prevailing the third/fourth passenger rate.
• This certificate may not be applied to single staterooms.
• This certificate is not combinable with any other offers, such as free drinks, dining packages, etc.
• Cruise certificate expires on December 1, 2022, and cruise awards will not be extended beyond that date.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they bring proper immigration documentation to the pier. Guests denied boarding due to lack of proper CBP documentation, e.g. passport, birth certificate, etc., will not have the option of moving to a future date.
• Transportation to/from the Port of Palm Beach is the responsibility of the guest.
• As always, travel advisors are traveling as guests of Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line and must dress and behave appropriately and professionally while onboard. Any reports to headquarters of shipboard impropriety will result in cancelling the travel advisor’s future cruise privileges.
