Black Trailer mobile 10' trailer - fashion store on wheels unit
Like NEW - mobile unit - was setting up as a store, then sold my company. Could be used for anything trailer, fast food, store, etc. Has a window on one side that slides open and a door on the other. Added electricity which plugs into voltage. Has an extension cord. Added ceiling lights and a light switch. Added a black sponge floor for easy clean up, white walls, white shelves, two white shelve drawers, and a full length mirror. Also added a mauve canopy that rolls open and a ceiling window. You could insert an AC/Heat unit into the ceiling window instead. Completely set up for a fashion store. One could even live in this mobile unit as it makes a cute bedroom! Features: - black and silver outside - added specialty window on side that slides open. - added specialty roll open ceiling window that can be converted to AC/Heat unit - door with window on opposite side. - added specialty electricity with light switch by door and ceiling lights - added black flooring for easy clean up - added full length mirror - added shelves attached to walls with 2 sliding drawers - added specialty wall paneling white that is easy clean up. - added specialty roll open canopy to outside for shade when not moving. - includes electrical extension cord for hook up. - Ceiling height HIGH! not like a typical trailer. For purchases over $100. we are willing to take to Pack & Ship directly, however you must call them with your credit card information in advance and let them know we are dropping off your item. For purchases under $100 we charge a $15 delivery fee to Pack & Ship and again, you must call them with your credit card information in advance and let them know we are dropping off your item.

You can call them with your credit card and pay them direct for boxing and shipping - we do not get involved aside from showing them where the merchandise is. Shipping is on your own. Pick up zip code is 55802.
Winning bidders will also get first pick of garage sale items we didn't have time to list when you pick up your items on Park Point in Duluth, Minnesota! We will set up a time and send you the location once you win the bid. We are open every day after the auction ends for pick up August 24-26 BY APPOINTMENT. So make sure to contact us with a time. Plan for boats as we live on Park Point, and if you are late you may have to reschedule as we can only take one person at a time. Everything must be picked up by August 27 at 10:00 am or you FORFEIT your $ paid and your item as it will go into the garage sale starting on August 27!
All sales are final. If you would like to view any of these items prior to bidding on them, buy a ticket for $20 and we will arrange a time for you to view it in advance. Type 'event ticket' into search to find where to pay for a viewing. If you are the winning bidder, we will reimburse you the $20 less any taxes and auction fees. Make sure to bring your ID, muscle power, tools (if it looks assembled in the photo it is) and packing materials with you when picking up your items as we do not provide any.
There are no auctions fees however, there is a credit card processing fee of 3.9%. So on a $100 auction item the credit card processing fee is $3.90.
