You are getting a 24x36" 2016 Civil War II Olivier Coipel variant promo poster from the comic book. There are fold creases because the promo posters are folded when they are shipped from the distributor to comic shops in order to keep damage as minimal as possible. It is a new poster though with no holes in the corners and low to no wear and tear along the edges
