Zouk Heat is a small, minority & woman-owned business specializing in dance event planning, organizing & execution.  Specifically, Zouk Heat produces an dance festival that brings you exceptional Zouk artists in a friendly environment to learn, laugh, and fall even more in love with dance. In addition to the annual festival, Zouk Heat also produces several smaller events for the DC Metro Brazilian Zouk dance community.  Zouk Heat started in 2018.  I also dance on the Ferocity Dance SemiPro Bachata team.  The lessons will cover fundamental movements & concepts of Brazilian Zouk such as timing, musical rhythm, body movement & weight transfers.  You can see vids & pics from our previous events (pre-Covid) on our FB & IG pages:
