I grew up fishing the waters of Washington State's Salish Sea, but with the depletion of the salmon population, turned in my rod and reel for paints and brushes. I hope that documenting the astonishing beauty of these iconic fish, so crucial to the web of life in the Pacific Northwest, contributes to awareness of the critical importance of responsible stewardship of our waterways. "Classic Coho" is a watercolor portrait on archival Arches paper. Unframed. Presented in an archival double mat and backed with foam core.
