MULTIGRADE 2nd - 5th Tidepool Walk at Fitzgerald Marine Reserve
Explore the wonders of the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve with an exclusive tidepool walk led by experienced docent Barbara Dye. Perfect for 2nd-5th grade students and their families, this guided adventure will uncover the hidden treasures of marine life along the Northern California coast. Bid for an unforgettable educational experience in nature, combining hands-on discovery with expert knowledge!
Open to 2nd - 5th grade students and their families. Younger siblings are welcome, but due to the unpredictability of the tidepool area, they must remain under the direct supervision of a parent at all times.
Participants should meet at the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve trailhead at 9:45 (directions to the meeting spot will be provided); the walk will leave promptly at 10:00 and conclude at 11:30. Participants are encouraged to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on the beach afterwards.
