Gentle Fusion Flow Morning Yoga
Start your weekend off right. The intent of this class is to help you relieve stress, improve mobility and to connect inward. We'll start with a breathing exercise to calm the nervous system, stretch the body with gentle movement and end with a short guided meditation. I hope you'll join me and discover joy in movement.
