Jamie Barrows Smith is a certified PiYo and Yoga instructor. She attended a beachbody live PiYo certification in February of 2014. In July of 2015 she completed 200 hours of Yoga training at Honest Yoga in Burlington VT to become a certified Yoga instructor specializing in Hot Vinyasa Flow and Yin Restorative.

Hot Yoga-with Jamie Smith
In a wonderful warm room for 75 minutes. The heat will allow you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility. The postures themselves are detoxifying for your muscles, organs, and glands and sweating furthers the process. Flow yoga links movement to breath and links longer hold postures with a flowing sequence. The postures stretch and strengthen your body. The themes open your mind and your heart, using verbal cues, hands on assists and demonstrations. Jamie will help move you towards perfect alignment and deeper postures. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed, and powerful.
PiYo-with Jamie Smith
1 hour PiYo is a low impact, high energy class that uses your own body to build core strength as well a enhance agility and balance. Piyo took the best of pilates and yoga inspired moves and cranked up the speed to give you a full throttle cardio, strength and flexibility training all at once. Build lean muscle as you burn calories to a fun variety of music.

All gift baskets and items (other than gift certificates/cards) will need to be picked up at Ferrisburgh Central School (FCS) in Ferrisburgh, VT during specified pickup days to ensure there is no disruption of the school day schedule. Anything not picked up by end of the school year (June 16) will be moved to another location and separate pickups can be arranged. All items must be picked up by June 30, 2017.
The winning bidders for gift certificates will have the option of having them mailed directly to an address provided, or can be picked up at FCS, if we are notified to hold them upon winning the item.
Anything noted as 18+ or 21+ will need to be bid on and picked up only by winners who meet those requirements.
