Pam Fulcher, the 2014 poster artist for the Rockport Art Festival, is the only photographer ever chosen for this honor. With an art degree from the State University of New York in Potsdam, she has taught high school art, worked at the Rockport Center for the Arts and taught classes as she continued her own learning and collaboration with others. Growing up in Hawaii and living around the world, she is recognized for her bold landscapes and portraits.
