Private tour of the 1965 Linnell House and Ladera Heights neighborhood, Los Angeles. Designed by Modernist architect Charles W. Wong, the residence was restored in 2019/20 following many years of neglect. This includes restoration of private courtyard spaces, the original kitchen, and a unique mosaic tile reflecting pool and cantilevered bench. Ladera Heights was developed in the 1950s and ‘60s, featuring a range of Modernist style homes.
