The journey can be long.. Thousands of paddle strokes moving us through the colours, sounds and scents of nature, Blue, green, brown lengths of yarn meticulously placed one at at time to create a psychedelic pattern of soothing waves. To some, the time, the repetition, would be torturous. But to the rest of us.. it’s meditation. It’s a communion with nature. It’s an escape to a calmer state of mind.
