Connections

Living in the Pacific Northwest means being surrounded by lush temperate rainforest, ground coverage, and moss hanging from trees. These luxurious natural resources are all borrowed from our future generations and we do not have the right to rod them of the opportunity to walk among these natural wonders that offer serenity and healing.

As a visual artist working with coloured ink and graphite on paper, I choose to participate in Wild Auction 2020 and contribute my share with my unique but powerful artistic voice to protect one of the last remaining temperate rainforests on earth.

Through expressive organic ink forms and dynamic networks of lines, I aim to portray complex networks found in nature and our relationships with them. We are intricately connected and therefore inseparable from the larger whole.
