Lauren's Peace Cranes
Lauren's maternal grandmother, Margaret Moilien, received a string of 100 peace cranes when she was very ill in 2008. When her grandmother died in November of 2008, Lauren asked if she could have the peace creanes. Lauren and her grandmother were very close and shared the same birthdate. After Lauren's death in January of 2009, her string of peace cranes was divided and given to her parents, Barb and Don.
Each year, Lauren's Aunt Margaret, has lovingly made peace cranes for our auction, none more beautiful than this year with each one individually decorated with beads. They come in sets of 25.

After the auction is completed on 10/4, you will receive an invoice via text and/or email. The invoice will include charges for items for which you were the successful bidder as well as for non-bid (“buy now”) items which you may have purchased.
Any donations made on the auction site (by clicking on the MAKE A DONATION button) will be invoiced immediately
You will have the options of paying for items and donations by credit/debit card, cash, or check.
Your invoice will indicate that a 3% payment processing fee (also called “buyer premium”) will be added to your final invoice amount. This is the fee that The Lauren Project is charged by Charity Auctions Today to conduct the online auction. You will have the choice of including the 3% fee or opting out of paying the fee before making final payment.
Any shipping charges that are necessary will be added to your total invoice amount.
Most items will be available for pickup in Windsor after the auction is completed.
Payment is due before items are picked up or shipped.
